Urgent Care at McKenzie Health

Urgent Care Overview

Urgent Care is available 7 days a week from 8 AM-6 PM.

Our providers will see both children and adults.

If you are having chest pain and/or need oxygen, please go to the Emergency Department as we do not have oxygen at Urgent Care.

Do you see children?

Yes, please feel free to bring your child to Urgent Care or schedule with one of our pediatricians at the Rural Health Clinic – 701-842-3771.

If I think I have COVID, should I come in or call from my car?

You should call from your car, and one of our staff members will assist you with testing, etc. while you remain in your vehicle.

If I call registration from my car because I think I have RSV, COVID, or the flu, what number should I call?

Call 701-842-6470 for assistance and further direction if you thin you have RSV, COVID, or the flu.

I cut my arm open and think I need stitches. Should I go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Department?

You should go to the Emergency Department.

Do you see patients for bronchitis?

Yes. 

If I think I may have a broken bone, should I go to Urgent Care or the Emergency Department?

You should go to the Emergency Department. If the possibility of a broken bone exists, an x-ray will need to be taken. The Radiology Department at the hospital will help with that and are right next to the Emergency Department.

I need to refill a prescription. Can I handle that at Urgent Care?

No, please make an appointment at the Rural Health Clinic with a provider for refills.
