A challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an Executive Director is currently available at the McKenzie County Healthcare Systems, Inc. The selected applicant will assume the Executive Director position effective late October 2020 under the mentorship of the current Chief Executive Officer. The selected applicant will assume the CEO role at the end of October 2021.
The healthcare system consists of a Critical Access Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, Basic Care Facility, Assisted Living, Wellness Center, Rural Health Clinic, Specialty Clinic, and the Urgent Care Clinic.
The Executive Director will be the principal officer of the organization providing executive oversight.
The McKenzie County Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks someone who is collaborative, insightful and transformational. The Executive Director will receive a completive salary and comprehensive benefits with a bonus potential. A related master degree and licensure as a nursing home administrator is preferred.
