Exercise Therapy

A regular program of physical exercise can make a significant difference in the health of a person. In Phase II, there is continuous monitoring of the patient's heart rate and cardiac rhythm while exercising.

Proper training has been shown to:
- Lower the heart rate and blood pressure.
- Favorably influence blood lipid levels.
- Increase muscle and lower the amount of body fat.
Program
Throughout the Cardiac Rehab program, the patient's physician reviews the progress.
- Phase II - Early outpatients
- Phase III - Supervised exercise
- Holter Monitor application
Getting Started
