The PT Department

McKenzie County Healthcare Systems offers a PT Department five days a week in the Hospital. Established in 1993, it has expanded into three treatment rooms and an exercise/gym area. The department treats individuals of all ages from infants to geriatric.

Presently, the department has one full time PT; two half time PT Assistants; one PT aide and two PT rehab aides at the Good Shepherd Home.

- Keith L. Backes PT, is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist since 1994.
- Cheri Rice PTA, is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
- Barb Mathis PT Aide, is a Certified Dietary Manager.
